Not at all! After you've joined on a monthly plan, you can cancel at any time. No hostages here!
If you have joined on a 3 month plan, once your time is up you absolutely don't need to renew!
** The Basics plan is a 3 month pass, with the option to renew quarterly.
You sure can! Parenting is always changing, and we want your plan to as well. You are always welcome to slide up and down tiers as needed, based on the season of sleep you're in!
Great question! As much as we'd love to spend 45 min brainstorming the one challenge or multiple back and forth's to condense a complex issue into one answer - these kind of questions really are best for a consult (discounted, ofc).
If you can't ask your question in a a couple of paragraphs, it's likely something that needs lots more context and a full history for us to give you meaningful support.

Yay for a month in the Community to make sure any post-consult loose ends can be addressed! Once your 4 free weeks in the Kin Community are up, you will be prompted to commence the monthly billing cycle. If you've received everything you need from the Community, it'll be up to you to hit cancel and that's that! If you want to hang around for a bit longer, we'd LOVE to have you!
All of your common pain points! Think false starts, split nights, nap transitions, newborns, starting daycare, frequent wakes, moving from bedsharing, introducing partners, red flags, solidarity and a safe space to just let it out ... whatever your Q just ask it as specifically as possible and we'll let you know if you'd be best supported through a consult.
It's totally fine if you can't make the Live Q&A's! (via Zoom, currently alternating Tuesdays & Wednesdays, AEST). There's a dedicated place to pre-submit Q's if you can't make it, which will be addressed on the live and then uploaded to watch later!
For the most part Hannah will be the sleep coach on the other end of the questions, with some collaboration from other coaches on the team to make sure there are no disruptions to your support!

Hannah is the certified infant sleep specialist behind the Community, here to help you ditch the overwhelm and find your flow with baby sleep!
Her journey started in the thick of it — societally unrealistic expectations, a super wakeful baby, and a boat load of (very) unhelpful Google info.
Determined to find a better way, she dived into studying as a sleep coach, finished her baby-led sleep & wellbeing certification while pregnant with her second, and then kept going with further learning in Neuroprotective Developmental Care. She's also a forever student in attachment and the nervous system and is fuelled by curiosity.
Hannah’s big dream? To see parents lit up with confidence, not have sleep rule their life, be able to actually enjoy parenting , and bloody thrive.
